resulted in balance sheet information that
held the monthly fees for 2010 at 2009 and 2008 levels.
Board Meetings
are scheduled for the 2nd
Tuesday of every third month. Please check with a Board Member for the time and
location of the meeting if you wish to attend. YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR
TOPICS OF DISCUSSION A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE MEETING TO
JESSICA AT OMNI AT 541-0000.

The Club House features two wood 4-top game tables with 8 upholstered chairs, two card
tables with 13 chairs, 3 bar chairs, a couch, 2 overstuffed chairs and a settee.
The kitchen features a refrigerator, a microwave and an oven.

drop a note in their respective mail boxes or send a letter to them.
A suggestion for the current Board of Directors would be to
establish a series of small committees or at least an internship or
assistant position for their various functions in an
effort to perhaps groom future Board Members. The recent comment
regarding assigning the Board of Directors functions to the Management Company would require a
change in the CC&R's (it probably won't snow in July either).
