The December 9, 2008, Home Owner Association Meeting
resulted in balance sheet information that
held the monthly fees for 2009 at 2008 levels.
Congratulation are in order for Steve Gavin, Donna Egner, Pete Moore,
Midge Prestholt and Larry Moudy
for serving
on the Board of Directors for the coming year
2009.
Board Meetings
are scheduled for the 2nd
Tuesday of every third month. Please check with a Board Member for the time and
location of the meeting if you wish to attend.

task for the Muir Woods Whispers Newsletter. If you have input, please

Clubhouse for your personal

The Club House features two wood 4-top game tables with 8 chairs, two card
tables with 13 chairs, 3 bar chairs, a couch, 2 overstuffed chairs and a settee.
The kitchen features a refrigerator, a microwave and an oven.

Woods Home Owner Association. You can send e-mail to the individual members,

A suggestion for the current Board of Directors would be to
establish a series of small committees for their various functions in an
effort to perhaps groom future Board Members. The recent comment
regarding assigning the task to the Management Company would require a
change in the CC&R's (it probably won't snow in July either).
